Our Team

Carly Baker - Clinical Director

Carly’s educational background includes a Bachelors of Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University. Carly is a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Carly has always had a passion for working with children and in healthcare. Upon graduation from her Masters, Carly began working with the paediatric population and has gained experience in daycare, school, in-home, hospital and community settings. Carly has completed a number of professional development courses including: Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Handwriting Without Tears, Mealtime miniseries, and Smart but Scattered teaching executive function.. Additionally, Carly has completed courses in sensory processing and integration as well as an introductory Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) course. Carly loves to help children and families reach their goals. Her passions include: home organizing, cooking, reading and traveling.

Sierra Bahar - Occupational Therapist

Sierra completed her undergraduate in psychology at York University, and her Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. Sierra is a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Sierra was originally inspired to pursue a career in occupational therapy after extensive volunteering and working with children and youth with complex physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities. Since graduating from her masters, Sierra’s practice has focused on the assessment and treatment of children with difficulties with handwriting, fine motor, feeding/picky eating, executive functioning, sensory integration, and social skills. Sierra strives to provide client and family centered therapy by working with families to establish goals and individualize treatment delivery. In her spare time, Sierra enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her dog Oakley.
